2011 Saltaire Festival - Yorkshire Food Fair
Sunday 11th September 11am - 4pm Victoria Hall It's nearly here the second Saltaire Festival Yorkshire food fair and we have
a fantastic line up of small producers turning up for you to sample their amazing produce. Last year was a great day for everyone
including the organisers, stall holders and the public. The doors opened at 11am and the crowds flooded in to pack their bags
with parkin, pies and pickles. As well as many of last years favourites we have new faces such as "The Yummy Yank",
"The Parsnipship", "Cottage Cakes of Cracoe" and for the first time anywhere Saltaire local Kaneez with
"Chilli Fusion" The first Saltaire Festival Yorkshire Food Fair was a cracking success! We had a great selection of fantastic producers and the public came out in force to sample everything from pesto to pickles. As part of the ever popular annual Saltaire Festival( www.saltairefestival.co.uk ) we are organising a Yorkshire Food Fair on Sunday 12th September, to be held at Victoria Hall. ( www.victoriahallsaltaire.co.uk )
We are gathering together a selection of Yorkshire producers to tempt you with thier fantastic local produce. So please pop along between 11am and 4pm and check out some REAL FOOD! It's FREE in and Saltaire is a great place for a day out!        |
